How To Get Rid Of Blackheads With Simple Remedies

A blackhead is a result of dead skin cells and sebum blocking the hair follicle near the surface of the skin. They cause the oily pores to enlarge which later roughen and course. When a pore is fully blocked it results in a blackhead.

Some of the home remedies for removing black heads are:

    - Apply black pepper mixed with curd for about ten minutes on your skin and then wash it off. Regularly doing applying would help you get rid of blackheads.
    - Mix Oatmeal and yogurt and then apply on the infected area. Leave it for about seven minutes after which you can rinse with cold water.
    - Mix cornstarch with vinegar. Apply it for about half an hour and then wash it with warm water. You will see the difference soon.
    - Peel the cucumber and place it in a blender. Apply the paste for almost 25 minutes. This technique will not just clear your skin but will also cool down your face making you feel fresh.
    - Warm honey
    - A lotion made by mixing equal quantities of glycerin, almond oil and lime juice
    - Apply turmeric powder with mint juice and wash it with luke warm water.
    - Apply the paste of fenugreen leaves gently on the face and wash it with a warm water

Some of the face packs that can be used to remove blackheads are:

    - Fuller’s earth pack with rose water
    - Mix calamine mixture with kaoline powder with rose water.
    - Mix sandalwood with rose water
    - Mash grapes is a very effective technique to maintain the acid balance of normal skin.

Some other ways to get rid of blackheads are:

    - Change your pillow cover frequently so that the oil that accumulates on the pillow gets back on your face.
    - Always bathe in warm water which helps to open the pores of the skin.
    - Cleanse the areas that get more black head thoroughly. After washing your face use a dry towel to wipe your face as a used towel will contain oil and dirt which will again get on your face.
